MORIKI ENGINEERING

PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Privacy information for Moriki Engineering apps and web services. The development-stage policy for Moriki App Reports is set out below.

Effective and last updated:

1. Operator and scope

The operator is Moriki Engineering (森樹エンジニアリング). This page describes the privacy approach for Moriki App Reports and links to existing app-specific policies. Where an app has its own policy, please consult that policy for its data practices.

2. Moriki App Reports: current status

Moriki App Reports is an internal reporting tool under development for the operator to review revenue and access metrics for the operator’s own apps, 画像圧縮くん and Quick3D Viewer. It is not an app offered to general users.

The Google integration and data processing below describe development-stage intentions, not implemented or available features. The exact data fields, storage destination, token management, retention periods and deletion procedures have not been finalized. We will update this page and the in-app disclosures after checking the implementation and operations, before starting operational use of Google data.

3. Intended Google OAuth and read-only access

The intended design uses the Google OAuth 2.0 consent screen to obtain permission to read necessary report information through the AdMob API. The tool will not ask users to enter their Google Account password into the tool.

Access is intended for reviewing advertising performance, not changing advertising settings. The read-access scopes have not been finalized. We will select the minimum permissions needed and disclose them on the consent screen and this page when implemented. See the official AdMob API authorization guide for Google's available permissions.

4. Data being considered and intended purposes

Potential fields include AdMob account and app identifiers, reporting periods, estimated earnings, ad requests, impressions and clicks. These are candidate aggregate reporting fields, not a list of data currently collected.

The intended purposes are displaying reports for accounts authorized by the operator, reviewing trends over time and analyzing performance of the operator’s own apps. The design focuses on aggregate metrics, not collecting individual app users' advertising identifiers or behavioral histories. The final fields and purposes will be disclosed before collection begins.

5. Storage, credentials and safeguards

The report storage destination, storage of OAuth access and refresh tokens, execution environment and backup handling have not been finalized. We do not represent local-only storage, Google Sheets storage or dedicated server storage as implemented.

Specific safeguards, including encryption, access controls and logging, will be described after implementation and verification. Publication of this page does not mean those safeguards or any third-party certification are complete.

6. Sharing and intended Google data use

Our policy for Moriki App Reports is to use Google data for the authorized reporting features, not to sell it or use it for advertising, targeting or training general-purpose AI models. The tool is not intended to publish or distribute data to third parties.

Google provides authentication and the AdMob API. If additional storage or processing providers are selected, we will identify the providers, data shared and purposes before starting operational use. Disclosures required by law will be handled under applicable law.

Use and transfer of information obtained from Google APIs are intended to follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This statement does not imply Google verification or approval.

7. Retention, deletion and revoking access

Retention periods, deletion coverage including backups, and procedures and deadlines for deletion requests have not been finalized. Automatic deletion, an in-app deletion button and immediate or complete deletion are not represented as implemented. These details will be finalized and published before starting operational use.

If you authorize a Google connection, you can revoke permission through your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access and deleting previously stored data are separate actions. Contact us below with questions about data handling or deletion.

8. Existing app privacy information

The existing app-specific policy describes data handling for Quick3D Viewer, formerly QuickSTEP Viewer. This page does not replace that policy.

Information for other apps and web services will be added as their practices are confirmed.
